We want you to be confident in your subscription to Wollem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at Mellowpeachfootcare@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Renewals after the 30-day window
Subscription renewals that occur after the initial 30-day money-back window are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. After cancelling, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
